Eucalyptus Hydrosol (E. globulus)

We plant eucalyptus in March from seed and by Oct 1st it is 10’ tall in our fields!

We distill it when it’s young, vibrant, full of volatiles and waters (we think that is the best) and harvest and distill in the same motion. It grew so fast and succulent we couldn’t harvest without gloves for all the resin on it!

It has a strong 1,8 Cineole note that finishes alpha-TERPINEOL that makes it very soft and sweet.
